    Administrative Assistant

    Omicelo, headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking an energetic and motivated Administrative Assistant.


    The Administrative Assistant will:

    • provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the team
    • support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization, work- flow, scheduling and communication
    • perform all activities related to maintaining a successful data tracking environment including implementing and maintaining the database systems required for the project and training employees in the system
    • work collaboratively with the fiscal team to prepare and monitor invoices
    • be the public face of the organization and provide great customer service

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Associates degree in an Administrative Discipline
    • 2 years in administrative management position or 4 years if non degreed
    • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
    • Mastery of MS Office
