    Compliance Manager for Real Estate and Renovations

    Omicelo LLC, headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Compliance Manager for its Home Adaptation division. The Compliance Manager works in partnership with the Home Adaptation team to ensure that the services and project construction are consistent and fit for purpose while meeting both external and internal requirements. This includes compliance with legal requirements and standards set by regulatory bodies. The Manager will:

    • Coordinate and supervise the creation and enforcement of quality standards

    • Ensures appropriate policies and procedures are in place to guide operations

    • Collaborates with other staff and managers throughout the program and organization to ensure that the quality management system is functioning properly

    • Implements and adjusts the performance of a quality management system, produces outcomes data, and measures quality operations against established standards.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Minimum of 3 years experience managing complex contracts/program audits
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and databases
    • Management of project compliance policies and protocols
