    Construction Supervisor

    Omicelo, headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a seasoned and flexible Construction Supervisor.


    The Construction Supervisor will:

    • Create project plans
    • Work with subcontractors to fully outline the cost, materials and labor needed to meet the project goals
    • Oversee the work site and perform general repairs
    • Manage scope of work for associated subcontractors, vendors and trades
    • Ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
    • Directly perform on site repairs/corrections
    • Provide great customer service and mediate customer concerns

    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    • Site visits to determine work estimates and to gauge progress/quality of work
    • Identify and contract with vendors and subcontractors
    • Perform general repairs to ensure in home safety
    • Ensure all tools and materials are available for projects
    • Apply for any necessary permits
    • Understand and adhere to building code
    • Maintain communication with team and clients
    • Ensure contractors are following work plans
    • Manage timelines and quality of work
    • Certify all work and finalize documentation needed across project stages
    • Ability to travel independently across the region


    • Formal Education not required
    • Minimum of 2 years experience as general construction worker/handyman
    • Experience creating and following project budget
    • Ability to use basic office and construction related technology platforms
    • Demonstrated skill in building/design
    • Knowledge of estimating, plan reading and scoping projects
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems
